The Scottish Ambulance Service is seeking an exceptional people leader to join our leadership community as Deputy Director of People and Culture. This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of a national organisation that serves over 5.3 million people across Scotland, employs more than 6,300 staff and 1,200 volunteers. Working closely with the Director of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, driving cultural transformation, and ensuring our people services enable the delivery of outstanding patient care.
As a senior leader within the organisation, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across key People and Culture functions, supporting delivery of the SAS 2030 Strategy and national NHS Scotland workforce priorities.
We are looking for an influential and values-driven People leader with experience operating at a senior level within complex organisations.
This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the workforce, culture and future sustainability of Scotland's national ambulance service.
Informal enquiries can be made to Elise Gallagher, Director of People and Culture.
