Deputy Store Manager – Berlin Ku'damm (m/w/d)

As deputy store manager, you will support the store manager and lead a team in a premium lifestyle environment. You will embody our brand values and drive sales, staff development, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the Store Manager.
• Act as brand ambassador for our premium lifestyle brand.
• Motivate the team and foster growth of new talent.
• Handle onboarding and development of new employees.
• Oversee all store‑operational tasks.
• Manage omni‑channel systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular and new customers.
• Ensure efficient inventory management and active space planning.
• Collaborate with departments such as Retail Operations, Retail Buying and Visual Merchandising.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the textile retail sector.
• Motivating, confident personality.
• High social competence.
• Team‑oriented and hands‑on mindset.
• Analytical skills to evaluate key performance indicators.
• Strong sales orientation and excellent organizational talent.
• Good English and computer skills.
