Code-first builder with exceptional design taste – A front-end engineer with a keen eye for design, able to debate the merits of Server Components vs Client Components and critique visual hierarchy.
Master of the modern web stack – Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with an understanding of performance implications and efficient code.
Obsessive about craft and details – Pays attention to micro‑timing in animations, layout shifts, and WCAG color standards, fixing issues proactively.
Full‑stack front‑end engineer – Comfortable across the entire front‑end stack, from API integration to responsive layouts; bonus for Python backend experience.
Owner, not executor – Prototypes quickly, gathers feedback, iterates fast, and ships confidently, taking features from zero to production.
Product‑minded engineer – Challenges designs that don’t serve users, suggests product improvements, and builds with empathy.
Comfortable in ambiguity – Thrives when problem space is undefined, energized by questions like “how should people discover Delphi's?”

What You'll Do

Build the core interfaces of Delphi Studio, owning and shipping primary user‑facing features such as creation flows, customization tools, and interaction patterns.
Create a discovery platform for digital minds, designing browsing, search, filtering, and recommendation interfaces to make exploration effortless.
Architect scalable front‑end systems, building reusable component libraries, establishing state‑management patterns, and optimizing bundle sizes for performance.
Translate AI complexity into simple UX by collaborating with product and backend engineers to expose AI capabilities while hiding technical details.
Set the standard for quality, writing clean TypeScript, building accessible components, implementing smooth animations, and defining production readiness.
Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product to refine mockups, define API contracts, and shape roadmap priorities.
