Evolve existing CI/CDs or create new design systems that bring brands to life across digital and physical touchpoints.

Strategic Design

Understand brand positioning and translate strategy into compelling visual identities and communication.

Collaboration

Work closely with clients, strategists, UX designers, and developers to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience.

Your profile

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a creative or branding agency, or in-house design team – ideally with a focus on brand communication.

Education : Degree in Communication Design or a related field.

Languages : Strong communication skills in both English and German.

Brand Passion : A deep interest in branding, design systems, and digital storytelling – with a sharp eye for consistency and visual detail.

Digital Mindset : Confidence in working across digital ecosystems, social media, and UI/UX collaboration.

Tools & Systems : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Figma. Experience with platforms like Frontify is a plus.

Client Focus : You enjoy working directly with clients and building lasting partnerships based on trust, creativity, and results.
