Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Deskside IT Support Specialist " in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for users and VIPs
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues
• Handle ServiceNow tickets, emails, calls, and Slack requests
• Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops/desktops
• Support conferencing and AV systems
• Perform IMAC activities and hardware replacements
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLA

Requirements

• Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
• Fluent in German and English
• Valid authorization to work in Germany
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise IT support is a plus
• Certifications such as A+, ITIL, or ACMT are an advantage
• Candidates with German citizenship or long‑term work authorization in Germany are highly preferred
