About the Role

We are seeking an experienced APAC Developer Marketing Lead to build OpenAI's regional strategy for developer audiences across Asia-Pacific. This is a senior role for a marketer who understands technical audiences, can translate global developer priorities into regionally effective programs, and knows how to earn builder trust through useful education, credible storytelling, strong launches, and high-quality ecosystem activation.

The role will prioritize developers while supporting startup marketing where builder and founder ecosystems naturally overlap. That includes technical founders, startup builders, founder-developer communities, startup ecosystem moments, and programs that help high-potential startups discover and build on OpenAI.
