Development and Integration Engineer for MEMS & ASIC BEOL technology (f/m/div.)

As Development and Integration Engineer, you drive cutting-edge MEMS/ASIC integration initiatives for sensor products, bridging development and manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to turn complex concepts into manufacturable solutions and manage the transition from development to series production. You’ll evaluate new processes and materials, coordinate internal interfaces, and ensure quality and release readiness. • Drive and control innovative technology developments with a focus on integration, including scheduling and customer interface
• Implement development goals with a team of integrators and experts using your technology and manufacturing know-how
• Develop semiconductor processes for manufacturing of sensor products
• Evaluate feasibility of new processes and materials from technical and economic perspectives
• Coordinate internal interfaces across development and manufacturing to develop solutions and manage implementation from development start to series production
• Manage quality assessments and process releases to uphold high standards
• Collaborate with research institutes for basic development and foundational progress

• Multiple years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology
• Ability to guide a team in technical matters
• Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
• Very good knowledge of English and proficient German
• Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, materials sciences or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of analytical methods beneficial
