Overview

As Development and Integration Engineer at Bosch Sensortec, you drive innovative MEMS and ASIC BEOL technology toward 300 mm wafer scale. You lead integration-focused development with a cross-functional team, balancing technical goals with manufacturing insight. You develop semiconductor processes for sensor products and evaluate new technologies for feasibility. You coordinate internal interfaces from development to series production, ensuring quality releases and active collaboration with research institutes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products with a focus on integration, including scheduling and customer interface
Implement development goals with a team of integrators and experts by combining technology know‑how and manufacturing expertise
Develop semiconductor processes for manufacturing of sensor products
Perform technical and economic evaluation of the feasibility of new processes
Coordinate internal interfaces across development sections and manufacturing to develop solutions and manage implementation from start of development to series production
Manage quality assessments and process releases to ensure high standards are met
Cooperate with research institutes for basic development and foundational progress

Zentrale Anforderungen

Multiple years of relevant professional experience
Very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology
Knowledge of analytical methods beneficial
Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
Ability to guide a team in technical matters
Very good knowledge of English, proficient German
Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences or a comparable qualification
