Development Engineer (m/f/d) Digital

As a Digital Development Engineer, you contribute to the development and production of innovative automotive ICs. You work on circuit development for front-end and back-end, including verification, within a mixed-signal team that supports global megatrends like autonomous driving and software-defined vehicles. You collaborate across disciplines and help advance development methodology and tools. • Develop digital circuits for front-end and back-end, with verification and documentation of development steps
• Collaborate across disciplines in a mixed-signal development team
• Participate in acquisition and creation of system concepts and cost estimates
• Support error analysis and continuous improvement of development methodology and tools
• Contribute to production support and qualification for global customers
• Utilize measurement technology in microelectronics during development

• Completed university degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
• Experience in digital IC design, preferably in the semiconductor industry; automotive experience desirable
• Knowledge of hardware description languages, preferably SystemVerilog
• Experience in digital backend flow (Logic Synthesis, Place & Route, DFT, Timing Closure)
• Confident use of measurement technology in microelectronics
• Knowledge of script-based design automation advantageous
• Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
