Development & ICT Governance Lead

Position Overview

Nordnet is seeking a proactive and business-oriented Development and ICT Governance Lead for Nordnet Liv in Norway. The role involves strategic business development, overseeing ICT management, and working closely with colleagues across the Nordnet group in Norway and the Nordic region. Nordnet offers an environment focused on innovation, service development, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Service development related to Nordnet Liv's products in Norway.
• Making complex processes customer-friendly.
• Strategic planning of development initiatives.
• Leading cross-functional projects at the intersection of business and technology.
• Overall responsibility for ICT governance, including follow-up of outsourced ICT services.

Qualifications

• Higher education (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• Experience in business development and ICT.
• Good understanding of the intersection between business and technology.
• Solid knowledge of ICT processes and governance.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian pension and insurance market.
• Interest in financial instruments and markets.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Analytical, structured, proactive, and decisive.

Location: Oslo (hybrid remote work). Offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, and Frankfurt.
