Device Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Job Description

• Receive, inspect and securely store prototype and testing devices
• Register and track devices in internal systems
• Organize and manage storage space and inventory
• Install or update software versions when required
• Identify incoming devices and coordinate the appropriate next steps
• Prepare and organize shipments to testers and other relevant destinations
• Collect devices after testing and prepare them for upgrades or further processing
• Cooperate with internal teams and support the preparation of customs documentation

Your qualification profile

• Fluent English skills are essential; German is a plus but not mandatory
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Hands‑on mentality and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player mentality
• Reliable, structured and able to follow defined processes
