DevOps Software Engineer (m/f/d)

In this DevOps-focused role, you help shape and implement a dedicated DevOps organization and build pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery. You work closely with an agile team on automation, monitoring, and testing to ensure robust deployments. You contribute to software integration, automation, and deployment activities within aerospace projects that demand high standards and security. • Plan and establish a DevOps organization and create build pipelines (e.g., Maven, Jenkins, GIT)
• Develop automation scripts for monitoring, code analysis, and CI/CD release processes
• Design and implement automated unit, integration, system, and performance tests
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions for requirement implementation
• Support software development focusing on SW integration, automation, and deployments
• Collaborate closely with the agile team

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable field of study
• Experience in software development (e.g., C++, Java, or Python)
• Initial experience with containerization (Docker)
• Basic admin knowledge of Linux systems and CI/CD tools
• Experience in simulation is advantageous
• Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, SCRUM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
