Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and external vendors on project tasks.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain systems and applications independently.
• Automate and optimize operational processes.
• Prepare deployment scripts to ensure continuous installation of changes.
• Handle service requests according to the application support process for test environments.
• Conduct tests in system environments.
• Analyze and participate in the resolution of system errors and failures.
• Monitor, tune, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure based on technical documentation.
• Participate in workshops to gather requirements for infrastructure components.
• Cooperate with external companies regarding system support.
• Support development teams in daily operations.
• Maintain and update documentation for CI/CD components.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic directory administration.
• Experience with GCP public cloud.
• Experience with REST API and HTTP service integration.
• Programming/scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• Understanding of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Knowledge of Ansible and infrastructure configuration management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Nice to have: Consul, Kafka, Helm, Kustomize, Nginx.
