DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer

Andersen is hiring a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer for a project building secure cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps processes, and scalable CI/CD solutions for digital banking platforms.

The customer is a financial services organization providing banking products and digital solutions for individual and business clients. The company operates through an established service network and online platforms and is part of a larger international financial group, supporting ongoing development of its services for a broad client base. The project is focused on establishing the foundational cloud platform and DevSecOps capabilities for future solution delivery.

It includes building secure cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and creating the operational and security foundations required for scalable, reliable, and compliant software development.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Implementing Infrastructure as Code and environment automation.
Deploying and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms.
Integrating security controls into delivery pipelines.
Configuring monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Managing cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
Supporting release management and production deployments.
Ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security.
Creating technical documentation and standards.

Requirements:

Commercial experience in DevOps/DevSecOps for 5+ years.
Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Strong Linux administration skills.
Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor.
Experience with security tools and practices, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and Secrets Management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
