DFMEA Consultant

We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities:

DFMEA Consultant

• Documentation and preparation of the meetings and results
• Creating error networks regarding the existing system model and partner components
• Creating error networks considering the possible error causes
• Assessment of the B values of the error consequences from the product FMEA (component level) by comparison with the product FMEA (system level)
• Creating detection measures at the system level for the acceptance of the risk classification (according to the specifications from the risk matrix) of the error sequence at the component level

Acceptance Criteria

• Complete FMEA form sheet
• Complete FMEA report
• Approval is carried out by the ACA FMEA responsible person
• Based on ticket system

Prerequisites / Required Know-How

• Fluent and business-proficient German language skills are mandatory.
• Regular on-site participation in meetings is expected.
• Independent onboarding is expected.
• Compliance with the corporate FMEA guidelines must be ensured.

The following knowledge of standards, methods, sensors, and functionalities is highly recommended:

• ISO 21448:2022 - Safety of the Intended Function (SOTIF)
• ISO 26262:2018 - Functional Safety
