Digital Business Support Specialist - Pan EU

• Act as the primary IT business partner for the European Sales organization and the German local Sales team.
• Understand business strategies, processes, and operational challenges, and translate them into clear IT requirements and digital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the Sales IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, the global IT strategy, and overall system architecture.
• Gather, analyze, manage, and prioritize business requirements, balancing European standardization with necessary local market adaptations.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end Sales processes across the customer journey, including lead management, vehicle ordering, order processing, and vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate the implementation, integration, enhancement, and rollout of CRM, SAP, DMS, and other Sales-related solutions.
• Work closely with business teams, internal IT, global system owners, and external vendors throughout solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful system adoption.
• Continuously improve system integrations, data flows, master data quality, reporting, and management dashboards.
• Monitor system adoption and business impact, identify recurring issues, and drive sustainable process and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, information security policies, and other applicable European regulatory requirements.
• Support daily Sales IT operations in Germany and provide backup coverage for selected local activities during colleagues’ absence.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT business partnering, digital transformation, business applications or product operations within an international environment.
• Good understanding of commercial business processes, preferably within automotive, retail, mobility or related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM, DMS, sales or after-sales platforms is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills in an international environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and coordinate with technical teams.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of GDPR and European compliance standards is preferred.
