What You Can Expect

As a Video Content Creator within Corporate Communications, you will create content that inspires and engages. You will be responsible for the entire production process while driving creative innovation and transformation.

• Conceptualization, filming, and post-production of video content - from the initial idea to the final cut
• Creation of multimedia content (video, photography, and written content) in both German and English
• Development of creative video formats for campaigns and social media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn
• Planning and execution of modern communication initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital and visual content
• Supporting and advancing internal and external communications through impactful and dynamic storytelling
• Developing and implementing video-first strategies for social media, especially LinkedIn, including optimization of reach, engagement, and impact
• Covering events and key business moments and transforming them into compelling visual content
• Close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, from international teams to C-level executives, to bring creative ideas to life and maximize their impact
• Analyzing content performance and continuously optimizing reach and effectiveness
  

What We Expect from You

• Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience in video production, editing, post-production, as well as photography and image editing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and common digital content creation tools
• Passion for visual storytelling, digital trends, and innovative content formats
• Excellent English skills and good German language skills for day-to-day business communication
• Proactive, creative, and structured way of working in an international environment
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels
• Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
