Digital Consultant (all genders) – Banking Transformation / FSI

As a Digital Consultant, you partner with Financial Services clients to drive digital transformation, regulatory change, and process optimisation. You translate business challenges into actionable technology solutions, aiming to boost efficiency, innovation, and measurable impact. You will bridge business and IT, leading engagements across banking transformations and open banking initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Act as a key interface between business and IT, turning client needs into implementable solutions
• Lead and support consulting engagements across digital transformation, innovation, process optimisation, and regulatory change
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end banking processes with a focus on customer experience and efficiency
• Contribute to innovation-driven use cases like digital products, new service models, and data-driven offerings
• Assist in designing target operating models, business requirements, functional specs, and solution concepts
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, UX, data, and delivery teams
• Support clients in core banking, open banking, cloud environments, and data governance
• Take responsibility for workstreams, client communication, and high-quality deliverables in complex programs

• 5+ years of consulting experience in Financial Services or Banking with measurable impact
• Strong banking domain expertise across Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Payments, or Lending
• Experience in digital transformation, innovation, or business transformation in banking
• Ability to translate complex requirements into implementable digital and data-driven solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking with stakeholder management
• Fluent German (spoken and written, at least C1)
• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
