Digital & IT Business Partner, Central Europe (m/f/d)

In this role you drive value by aligning digital initiatives with regional business priorities across EMEA. You serve as the key bridge between regional leaders and the IS organization, shaping roadmaps and managing a portfolio of IS projects. You lead delivery, governance, and budgeting while promoting continuous improvement and user adoption. • Act as the liaison between business teams and the IS organization in the region
• Identify technology needs and digital opportunities to boost performance
• Centralize and prioritize IS demands and investments with the BG CIO
• Translate business strategy into regional digital roadmaps and IS initiatives
• Build and manage the regional IS project portfolio
• Ensure visibility on project progress, delivery, and value
• Lead IS projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality delivery
• Assess capacity and allocate resources
• Identify risks, manage issues and mitigate actions
• Prepare and manage regional IS budget and business cases
• Define and monitor KPIs for project delivery, IS performance and impact
• Ensure lifecycle value and user adoption of solutions
• Coordinate IMS processes, audits and compliance within the region
• Support audits and promote best practices across regions
• Contribute to IS team development through guidance and feedback

• Master’s degree or Engineering degree, ideally in Information Systems, IT or Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of IT/IS leadership experience in industrial settings
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or large-scale industrial operations
• Proven track record managing complex IS projects or digital transformation
• Experience in global companies with matrix and multi-regional operations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into digital solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence and drive change across organizational levels
• Strong analytical and structured mindset
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments

• Comfort with multicultural and international teams
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 800 or equivalent); other languages a plus
