Digital Marketing Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will support our Strategy & Consulting team in the ongoing management, evaluation, and optimization of digital marketing activities for selected B2B clients. You will work operationally on campaigns, analyze website and performance data, prepare insights in reports and dashboards, and derive concrete optimization measures from them.You are confident working with topics such as SEA, SEO, web analytics, reporting, and conversion optimization. Goals, strategy, and guidelines are developed together with our consultants. You make sure that campaigns run smoothly, data becomes usable, and optimizations are not only discussed but also implemented. Your Tasks

• Operational management of Google Ads and PMax campaigns including monitoring and optimization
• Operational SEO support in line with professional guidelines, as well as maintenance of action lists and progress documentation
• Analysis of website performance, search data, and user behavior
• Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards, as well as recurring analyses based on defined KPI and campaign logic
• Preparation of data for consultants and ensuring data quality and plausibility
• Support with A/B tests and hypothesis validation including documentation of test results and derivation of operational optimization suggestions within defined guidelines
• Basic formulation of tracking requirements in coordination with the technical lead
• Close coordination with consultants on performance, reporting, and campaign logic

Your Profile

• Practical experience in SEA, SEO, web analytics, and reporting
• Confident use of Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, or comparable tools
• Analytical way of working and enthusiasm for optimization, monitoring, and operational campaign work
• Ability to prepare and interpret data cleanly
• Basic understanding of tracking and conversion logic
• Experience in agency or multi-client environments is desirable
• Reliable, structured, and independent way of working
• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or media is welcome, but several years of relevant practical experience are decisive
• Excellent written and spoken German skills at C2 level
• Willingness to work on-site
