Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Your Responsibilities

• Helped develop and implement the marketing strategy, including annual planning, budget planning, and performance measurement
• Close collaboration with the sales team on lead generation, the marketing and sales funnel, and sales support
• Planning and execution of digital marketing and content activities for the website, newsletter, and social media
• Management of SEO, SEA, GEO, as well as Google and LinkedIn ads
• Maintenance and further development of the website, including performance and conversion optimization
• Establishment and further development of marketing automation, CRM, and lead nurturing
• Analyzing campaigns, the website, and the customer journey, as well as developing KPIs, reports, and dashboards
• Planning and support for trade shows, events, and customer gatherings

Your Qualifications

• Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
• Professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical or complex field
• Strong aptitude for numbers and experience with KPIs, reporting, and web analytics
• Experience with digital marketing channels and, ideally, marketing automation/CRM
• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Matomo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CMS; experience with Evalanche, genesisWorld, and Typo3 is a plus
• Independent, structured work style, strong communication skills, and a hands‑on mentality
• As a strong team player and hands‑on professional, you roll up your sleeves and get to work
• Very good German and good English skills
