Digital Marketing Manager - Digital Marketing & Communication (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Responsibile for the company website as a key marketing channel: from day-to-day management and strategic development to the ongoing optimization of performance, user experience, and visibility
Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of website content, as well as error correction and troubleshooting
Planning and implementation of SEO measures, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis
Analysis of website data and user behavior, and derivation of concrete optimization measures
Creation, management, and optimization of SEA campaigns, including budget planning
Planning and implementation of organic and paid social media initiatives
Creation and maintenance of editorial calendars, as well as further development of the LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram channels
Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing activities

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in web management, online marketing, or as a web editor/project manager (m/f/d)
In-depth knowledge of common content management systems; experience with SilverStripe is a plus
Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Matomo
In-depth expertise in SEO, SEA, and search engine marketing
Experience managing projects and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
Solution-oriented and self-motivated work style
Excellent German and English language skills
