Would you like not only to support digital marketing, but shape it yourself and see what your work actually achieves? For our marketing team in Berlin-Britz, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to develop our digital presence technically and in terms of content, manage performance campaigns independently, and develop new ways to acquire and retain customers. You will work in a small marketing team and be in close direct contact with management, which actively supports and guides marketing.

• You develop our Shopware-based website technically, in terms of content and appearance, and implement adjustments yourself.
• You optimize user journeys, landing pages and digital touchpoints with the aim of generating more qualified leads for sales and service.
• You independently plan and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns and continuously optimize them based on performance, costs and results.
• You use tracking and web analytics to measure the impact of our digital activities and derive specific optimizations from the results.
• You independently develop digital activities to reach and retain our existing customers—for example, through email marketing, CRM-based campaigns or marketing automation.
• You develop new digital approaches to acquiring new customers and assess which channels, tools and activities make sense for our company.
• You manage our digital vehicle marketing via our website and relevant online marketplaces and decide together with Sales and management which vehicles make economic sense to advertise there.
• Budgets are set for individual campaigns and activities.
• Within this framework, you develop the most economically viable solution, use budgets efficiently and make the impact of the activities transparent.
• You improve our visibility on Google and other relevant platforms and develop our SEO and SEA activities.
• You monitor new tools, technologies and developments in digital marketing and assess which of them could be usefully applied in our company.
• Together with your colleague, you ensure a modern, professional and consistent brand presence.
• Support with graphic design tasks is available from the marketing team.
• You work closely with our locations, departments, manufacturers and, when needed, external service providers.
• When implementing activities, you take into account the specific advertising requirements of the automotive retail sector, for example regarding consumption figures and price, financing and leasing advertising.

Требования:

• Several years of professional experience in digital, online or performance marketing
• Practical experience with Shopware or a comparable CMS or e-commerce system
• Good knowledge of HTML and the ability to implement changes to a website yourself
• Very good practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as the ability to plan, implement and optimize campaigns independently
• A good understanding of tracking, web analytics and performance metrics
• Knowledge of SEO and SEA
• Technical aptitude and enjoyment of advancing digital solutions yourself
• A good eye for design, user journeys and a modern digital brand presence
• Experience with social media and digital advertising formats
• An independent, structured and responsible approach to work
• Commercial thinking and the ability to assess marketing activities based on costs, benefits and measurable results
• Very good German language skills
