Digital Procurement Analyst (all genders)

In this role you will help shape the digitalization of procurement at ANDRITZ Metals Forming. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement digital strategies, manage sub-projects, and develop data analyses to increase transparency. You will interface with IT and drive P2P process improvements, e-procurement, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to influence procurement digitally and contribute to a global manufacturing context.

• Develop and implement a digitalization strategy for the Procurement department
• Lead technical sub-projects for digitalization initiatives to optimize procurement processes and increase transparency
• Create and optimize data analyses for Procurement
• Own procurement processes and the IT interface
• Improve processes in the Purchase-to-Pay area with related departments
• Design and deliver information sessions and training programs
• Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in Procurement
• Drive proactive adoption and optimization of e-procurement solutions

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Initial professional experience or internships in IT and Procurement
• Affinity for IT with knowledge of digitalization, data analytics, and small-scale IT project management
• Knowledge of SAP R/3, BW, MS Office and digital procurement solutions (e.g., process mining software)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
