Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem and support ongoing platform optimization.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate implementation with Allianz Technology India.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve digital customer journeys and conversion flows.
• Support, guide, and train internal stakeholders on CMS usage and best practices.
• Coordinate digital initiatives, follow up on technical deliveries, and manage stakeholder expectations across teams.

Bring to the Team

• Hands‑on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a product, CMS, or digital platform environment.
• Strong understanding of digital product workflows and ability to work between business and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating with developers or technical teams on feature implementation and platform improvements.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly in an international environment.
• Experience within e‑commerce, customer journey optimization, or digital conversion‑focused environments is considered a strong plus.
