Reports To: Digital Activation & Data Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Salsify Power User (Kenvue PIM – Data management - system):
  • PIM data management system knowledge
  • Shaping Salsify as single source of truth, driving usability through new technical workflows and catalogue setups/enhancements. Technical support for CE user groups (Benelux). Acting as a role model power user of Salsify across EMEA.
  • Ensuring Salsify maintenance (e.g., dam-Salsify interface). Engaging with local teams to ensure Salsify hyper‑care (incl. training of new joiners, technical support)
• Content Excellence: Guaranteeing mass‑assortment quality, compliance, and always‑on availability across all retailers in DE. First mover in applying new content elements to digital shelf execution. Close collaboration with eCom Content Manager.
• Marketing Technologies: supporting the e2e integration of Salsify, Mrcl and MLR (to come) interfaces; building Syndigo/1WorldSync syndications (DE/AT) to minimize manual work.
• Ratings & Reviews specialist: Define and align R&R campaign strategy with brands (incl. strategic planning and budget advice), campaign execution and monitoring with DE R&R agencies towards all DE retailers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in similar commercial or digital roles
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities
• Hands‑on experience with managing digital shelf levers and KPIs translating them into growth opportunities and a strong competitive advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient in English & German language communication
