Digital SoC ASIC Physical Implementation Engineer (f/m/div.)

In this role, you will help develop highly integrated RF mixed-signal SoCs for automotive radar, shaping the future of mixed-signal ASICs. You’ll implement digital and analog integration, leverage state-of-the-art test and IP blocks, and perform thorough sign-off verification across STA, EM, IR-drop, EC, and gate-level simulation. You’ll collaborate with international teams and external partners to deliver reliable, testable silicon. • Implement mixed-signal SoC ASICs from digital architecture to digital layout
• Integrate design-for-test techniques and IP blocks for functionality and testability
• Perform HDL checks (LINT, consistency, CDC) and create RF floorplans
• Integrate hard macros into higher-level hierarchies
• Own sign-off verification (STA, EM, IR-drop, EC, gate-level simulation) to ensure design quality
• Coordinate external service providers during implementation
• Collaborate in an international team environment
• Support automotive development processes and functional safety considerations

• Digital ASIC design knowledge
• IP integration and digital layout experience
• RTL-to-GDS flow understanding
• UPF and verification experience
• Analog RF SoCs development experience including digital-on-top integration
• Design-for-Test (DfT) experience
• Functional safety and automotive development processes knowledge
• English fluency; German a plus
