Digital SoC ASIC Physical Implementation Engineer (f/m/div.)

In this role you will develop highly integrated RF SoCs for next-generation automotive radar. You will work within a cross-functional team to implement mixed-signal ASICs from microcontroller architectures to digital layout. Your work includes ensuring testability through design-for-test and integrating IP blocks and hard macros. You will own sign-off verification tasks such as STA, EM, IR-drop, EC, and gate-level simulation, coordinating external partners as needed. • Implement mixed-signal SoC ASICs from digital layout to microcontroller architectures
• Integrate state-of-the-art design-for-test techniques and industry IP blocks
• Perform HDL checks (LINT, consistency, CDC) and create RF component floorplans
• Integrate hard macro designs into higher-level hierarchies
• Own sign-off verification (STA, EM, IR-drop, EC, gate-level simulation)
• Coordinate external service providers during implementation
• Collaborate with international teams and partners

• solid knowledge of digital ASIC design, IP integration, digital layout, RTL-to-GDS flow, UPF and verification
• experience in analog RF SoCs for automotive applications including digital-on-top integration of analog macros
• experience with Design-for-Test (DfT), functional safety requirements and automotive development processes
