Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant to help leading organizations master their marketing transformation. As the trusted advisor to our clients, you will work at the intersection of business, organization, technology and creativity, turning complexity into actionable clarity and enabling efficiency and growth.

Preferred location: Hamburg, but work from other offices possible.

Responsibilities

• Inform data‑driven decision making by gathering, analysing and operationalising relevant data insights from foresight as well as quantitative, qualitative and research initiatives.
• Develop end‑to‑end digital strategies that orchestrate the customer experience by bringing the right value to the right people on the right touchpoints at the right time.
• Help set clients’ digital agendas by translating relevant data insights into problems worth solving, goals worth reaching and initiatives worth pursuing.
• Facilitate alignment and decision making across stakeholder levels by making people feel seen, heard and connected in meetings and workshops.
• Formalise transformation by designing and accompanying change initiatives ranging from narrow tasks to vast programmes.
• (Re‑)design organisational operating systems that balance governance and freedom and enable good people to do great work.
• Leverage AI, GenAI and Agentic AI to unlock efficiency, effectiveness and growth for both our clients and our internal teams.
• Connect with and orchestrate various digital disciplines through cross‑functional steering and alignment routines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a strategy or consulting role, preferably with an agency background.
• Certificates in any relevant field are a plus.
• Passionate about digital innovation, AI and future‑facing business models.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous and complex environments.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in both German and English.
