Digital Transformation Consultant – Tech, MarTech, CRM, E‑Commerce, AI

• You support companies in strategic digitalization projects, from analyzing existing processes through defining requirements to selecting suitable systems and external partners.
• You understand interdependencies, identify optimization potentials, and develop concepts that are functionally sound, technically realistic, and economically viable.
• Analyze and further develop CRM, MarTech and CDP landscapes.
• Assess existing system landscapes, identify opportunities and develop target-state designs for modern digital architectures.
• Structure and translate requirements.
• Evaluate and select technologies.
• Support vendor selection and RFP processes.
• Manage digital transformation projects.
• Co-develop overall technical concepts.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a digital consultancy, digital agency, technology consultancy, management consultancy or a comparable digital environment
• Experience with CRM, MarTech or CDP systems
• Ideally additional exposure to E‑Commerce, digital sales or customer experience
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital processes
• Understanding of digital system landscapes and technological interdependencies
• Experience in requirements management or structured requirements elicitation
• Ability to structure complex topics clearly and to confidently guide clients through decisions
• Broad overview of modern technology solutions and current digital trends — including AI use cases
• Strong client orientation and the ability to reconcile business and technical perspectives
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
