Job Title: Senior Digital Workplace Consultant / Team Lead (Microsoft Intune & Apple Business Manager)

Location: Stuttgart, Germany (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace Consultant / Team Lead to join our client's IT team in Stuttgart. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, and enterprise device administration, with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager .

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have Team Lead experience , including leading a team, assigning work, mentoring engineers, coordinating daily activities, and driving project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Digital Workplace / EUC team.
• Assign and monitor team tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate project activities and act as the technical escalation point.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
• Administer Apple Business Manager (ABM), including device enrollment and application deployment.
• Configure and maintain Windows Autopilot for device provisioning.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Deploy applications, security policies, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Support device lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and hardware replacement.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, and device-related issues.Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and enterprise standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace / Endpoint Management.
• 2+ years of Team Lead experience , including:
• Leading and mentoring a technical team.
• Task allocation and workload management.
• Acting as an escalation point.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune .
• Strong hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) .
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) .
• Windows Autopilot deployment and management.
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise users.
