About Us
The Global Ombuds Office provides employees with a confidential, independent, and informal resource for addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and navigating challenging situations. In addition, we design and implement preventive initiatives that foster a respectful workplace culture, constructive conflict resolution, and positive collaboration.
We are looking for a motivated intern with an interest in learning and development, adult learning, organizational psychology, communication, and conflict management.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of training programs and workshops on topics such as conflict management, communication, respectful collaboration, and psychological safety
- Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, and interactive learning and e‑learning content
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and information events
- Support the evaluation of training initiatives by analyzing participant feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Conduct research on current academic findings and best practices in learning and development, adult learning, and conflict management
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to training activities, including participant management, scheduling, and communication
- Contribute to international projects that promote a positive organizational culture and constructive conflict management
Your Profile
Advanced or completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following fields:
- Psychology (especially Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Business Psychology)
- Education or Adult Learning
- Pedagogy or Educational Sciences
- Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management
- Business Education
- Mediation and Conflict Management
- Organizational Development or a related field
- Strong interest in learning and development and the design of modern training programs
- Enthusiasm for communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal dynamics
- Creativity in developing instructional concepts and learning materials
- Structured, independent, and detail‑oriented working style
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
