Director - BCG Vantage, Operations; Supply Chain

As a Director of Operations for Supply Chain in BCG Vantage, you shape strategic priorities and drive value through a team of supply chain experts. You will guide the team’s vision, advance capability and innovation, and lead growth initiatives. You’ll contribute to client work, campaigns and external reputation, and may steer global BCG Vantage initiatives. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to deliver transformative supply chain outcomes within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Shape strategic priorities for Supply Chain in collaboration with senior leadership
• Enable value-added delivery on case work and content agenda; build business initiatives via a team of supply chain experts
• Drive team vision, evolve strategy and capability through operations innovation
• Oversee team growth and development; coach and mentor team members
• Provide distinctive supply chain expertise for business development and client work; lead proposals and campaigns
• Present expertise at SATT & Conferences to build external reputation
• Contribute to or lead global BCG Vantage initiatives beyond core domain; participate in Career Development Committees regarding promotions

• 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain (preferred)
• 5+ years of team leadership experience (line management preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
