Director Corporate Communication & PR (f/m/d)

As Director of Corporate Communication & PR, you will shape and protect Aenova’s corporate narrative across global audiences. You’ll advise the CEO on messaging, oversee the annual report, and drive ESG and stakeholder engagement to support sustainable growth. You’ll work with external agencies, HR, and marketing to align leadership visibility and employee alignment with corporate priorities. This role offers meaningful impact through patient-centric innovation and transformation at a leading pharma CDMO.

• Advise CEO on corporate messaging, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement
• Define and execute global Corporate Communication strategy aligned with vision and growth
• Cultivate relationships with external PR agencies and partners in pharma, biotech, life sciences
• Lead development and publication of the annual report in line with strategy, performance, sustainability, and regulatory needs
• Drive initiatives for leadership visibility, transformation, and employee engagement
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding and talent attraction
• Engage patients, advocacy groups, regulators, and industry bodies to reinforce patient-centric initiatives
• Drive executive thought leadership
• Partner with Marketing to amplify messaging across digital channels
• Support communications for global conferences and strategic announcements
• Manage Corporate Communication and PR budget for strategic ROI

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in Corporate Communications or PR, preferably in pharma/biotech/CDMO
• Proven advisory experience with senior leadership and C-level executives
• Strong track record in media relations, executive communications, and corporate storytelling
• Experience managing corporate reporting (annual reports or integrated reporting)
• Knowledge of ESG communication, sustainability frameworks, and stakeholder engagement
• Strategic partner in cultural transformation; able to operate in a global, matrix organization
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
