Director, Data Center Operations – m/f/d

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance across multiple data center sites
• Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical infrastructure systems
• Lead and develop Data Center Operations Managers, Facility Engineers, and support staff
• Overall responsibility for incident response processes during critical events
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Support audits, sales opportunities, reporting, and SLA management
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC standards, and occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience operating business-critical facilities or data centers
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior roles
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, mechanical cooling technologies, and critical power systems
• Experience leading 24/7 operations teams
• Proven experience in incident management and operational control models
• Good understanding of the development and implementation of MOPs/SOPs/EOPs
• Experience managing vendors and contractors
