Director, Demand Generation (Fully Remote)

• We're looking for a Director, Demand Generation to own the programs and pipeline that fuel Maze's growth.
• This is a senior individual contributor role with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.

What You'll Do:

• Own top-of-funnel demand generation with focus on leads, MQLs, and pipeline creation.
• Develop and execute demand generation strategy, manage paid campaigns, and plan field marketing programs.
• Build lead forecasting models and own campaign operations.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in demand generation at B2B SaaS, with experience in user research industry.
• Data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM tools.
