Director Digital Solutions Security & Gov. (CISO) (f/m/x)

Job location: Kraillinger Straße 5, 82131 Stockdorf, (Area Munich), Germany.

Responsibilities

• Further development and management of the global Information Security Management System (ISMS) as well as group-wide risk management.
• Definition, implementation, and monitoring of a global information security strategy including policies and standards.
• Leadership of international initiatives to improve the security level as well as coordination of the global incident response process.
• Regular reporting of the security status to the executive board and governance of global IT processes including audits.
• Ensuring and maintaining worldwide security certifications (TISAX, VDA ISA), coordination of external audits (customers, authorities) and representation of Webasto in security matters to partners, suppliers, and associations (e.g., VDA).
• Continuous improvement of DS processes, structures, and services within the framework of DS governance and excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive leadership experience in information security and IT governance, ideally in global or regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of modern IT security technologies (e.g., antivirus, DLP, NAC, IDS) as well as common standards such as ISO 2700x.
• Experience in emergency planning, incident management, security audits, and risk analyses.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with business acumen and confident communication at the executive board level.
• Fluent German and English language skills as well as secure international communication competence.
