The Director, Digital Workplace Adoption (DWA) is a hands‑on, outcome‑focused leader responsible for driving safe, effective, and measurable AI adoption across F12.net and our MSP customer base. Clarity, precision, and the ability to simplify complex concepts are essential. This role requires a practical communicator who can organize, listen, prioritize, and manage time effectively — paired with genuine care for people and change. The Director translates business goals into role‑based AI and Digital Workplace scenarios (e.g., Copilot for M365, Power Platform, modern collaboration practices) and ensures value realization through change management, governance, training, and continuous improvement.
