About the role:

Retail Media and Marketplace are two of Redcare Pharmacy’s fastest-growing and most strategically important domains — and this is your opportunity to shape how they evolve together. Leading an engineering organisation of around 40 engineers across 5–7 teams, you will decide where these two distinct platforms should converge to create a seamless experience for brands and sellers, and where they should remain separate to perform at their best.

This is ahigh-visibility leadership role where your decisions will directly influence our customer experience and commercial growth. Reporting to our Executive Director of Engineering / VP of Engineering, you will lead through two Engineering Managers and partner closely with Product and Commercial leadership to turn engineering strategy into measurable business outcomes.
