Director, Enterprise Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an enterprise initiative portfolio management approach
• Manage the lifecycle of key initiatives that drive realization of the enterprise strategy
• Lead or advise on initiative design, teaming, and implementation
• Develop overall initiative portfolio performance framework
• Collaborate across the Enterprise Strategy Team to connect portfolio performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in nonprofit management, strategy, and/or project management
• Strong knowledge of American Cancer Society programs, strategies and organizational infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in organizational performance, performance scorecards, balanced scorecard, KPI/OKR development, and metrics reporting
• 3+ years of direct experience leading end-to-end complex enterprise-wide initiatives
• Technical skill with data reporting and visualization tools highly desirable (e.g. PowerBI, Salesforce reporting)
• 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating meetings of 3-200+ attendees
• Proven leadership experience such as building coalitions and leading through influence
