Director Finance & Controlling (m/f/x)

As Director Finance & Controlling, you lead the Finance, Controlling and Accounting teams across international operations, ensuring strong financial control and performance reporting. You partner with local and Group Finance to drive business performance decisions, manage budgets, forecasts, working capital and compliance. You act as SAP FI/CO Key User, enhancing controlling processes and SAP solutions with IT. You oversee audits, tax, treasury, and internal controls, delivering proactive decision support. The role includes an international assignment in Bangkok for 2–3 years with a return to Germany.

• Lead Finance, Controlling and Accounting teams with disciplinary and functional responsibility
• Supervise accounting, financial reporting, cash management and internal controls
• Ensure adherence to Group financial control methods, policies and reporting standards
• Partner with local management and Group Finance to support performance and decision-making
• Prepare, analyze and monitor budgets, forecasts, investments, operating expenses and working capital
• Provide financial analyses, performance reporting and business decision support
• Manage auditing, taxation, treasury, and compliance activities
• Act as SAP FI/CO Key User and enhance controlling processes and SAP solutions with IT

• Completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Systems
• Several years of leadership experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling in an international company (ideally with international assignments)
• Extensive expertise in finance, accounting and controlling including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, IFRS, taxation and internal controls
• Strategic business partnering with strong financial, commercial and operational understanding
• Good understanding of SAP and related business processes
• Business fluent in English; Thai a plus
• Strong analytical, conceptual and decision-making skills with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
