The Director of Global Strategic Partnerships will drive high-level collaborations and partnerships with BioPharma customers such as Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Sanofi, leveraging a deep understanding of the customer and Danaher’s life sciences product portfolio. This position manages cross-platform commercial penetration for Danaher LS at these accounts globally, driving revenue growth and incremental opportunity generation. The Director will elevate Danaher LS’s position by influencing C‑suite and other key decision makers, owning the account strategy, and reporting to the BioPharma Leader.

This is a solutions-oriented, remote role, with preference for biopharma hubs in Western Europe – France or the DACH region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and develop strong customer partnerships through articulating Danaher LS’s value proposition.
  • Orchestrate C‑Suite, Senior Leadership meetings, on-site strategy visits, and technical seminars promoting Danaher’s mission, workflows, and innovations.
  • Build and own account strategy from the ground up, collaborating with Commercial Marketing, BU, Sales, and Distribution partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve defined goals.
  • Articulate Danaher LS’s value proposition to OpCo senior leaders seeking partners in the biologics space.
  • Manage the funnel on a routine basis, using it to communicate to leadership during report outs and operating company discussions.
  • Provide complete solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, develop a strong understanding of the Danaher LS portfolio, workflows, and synergies between Danaher LS and the customer.
  • Learn local consortium purchasing to support your strategy.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science related field.
  • 5 years selling into large BioPharma.
  • 7+ years of commercial experience at a Life Sciences company or closely related industry.
  • 2 years of success selling to VP and C‑Suite Account Leaders.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 30‑50 %.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
