Your Tasks

• Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients across North America.
• Build and manage relationships with asset managers, ETF issuers, investment banks, wealth management firms, and other financial institutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the region.
• Present Solactive's index capabilities and custom index solutions as strategic enablers for new investment products and mandates.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design discussions through negotiation and deal execution.
• Work closely with Index Structuring and In-house teams to deliver innovative index solutions tailored to client needs.
• Represent Solactive at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, or business development within financial services.
• Strong network and proven track record with clients in asset management, ETFs, investment banking, wealth management or institutional investment.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, indexing, and investment products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
