The opportunity:

This is a senior partnering role - not a reporting one. You'll sit at the intersection of IT and finance inside a highly international business with a broad European footprint, owning the commercial narrative and shaping how technology investment decisions get made.

You'll also lead a small team, giving you real people leadership alongside the strategic remit. The finance function is mature, the IT agenda is active, and there's genuine appetite to build the business partnering capability further. Open to candidates from any industry background.

What you'll do:

• Act as primary finance business partner to IT leadership across the organisation
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a small team
• Own IT budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders
• Drive financial governance across technology programmes and projects
• Build trusted relationships across finance, IT and the wider European business

What you'll bring:

• Experience in an IT finance business partnering role
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal) is beneficial
• Strong English language skills - German is a plus, not a requirement
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
• Comfort working in a complex, international environment
