For a growing company in the dietary supplements and contract manufacturing sector, we are seeking an experienced Head of B2B Project & Inside Sales (m/f/d).
This position offers the opportunity to develop an already successfully tested new-business framework into a scalable B2B sales organization. You will take on both strategic and operational responsibility for Project Sales, lead the existing team, and structurally expand the department.
The position reports directly to the Executive Management.
Your Responsibilities

Build and scale a B2B Project Sales organization from the ground up
Provide functional and disciplinary leadership while expanding the sales team
Develop clear sales processes, pipeline stages, playbooks, and proposal frameworks
Define and manage relevant KPIs, sales targets, and forecasting models
Establish a transparent, reliable pipeline management and reporting system
Oversee strategic key accounts and complex white-label/private-label projects
Lead high-level contract negotiations and close major B2B deals
Evolve current sales approaches into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine
Optimize HubSpot as the primary CRM and sales management tool
Establish CRM standards, performance dashboards, and pipeline workflows
Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, QA, and Marketing to ensure seamless project handovers
Analyze market trends, competitive shifts, and new business opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Maintain active involvement in high-value sales cycles and strategic accounts

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical, consultative, or project-driven environment
Proven track record in building, structuring, and scaling sales organizations
Demonstrated expertise in developing sales processes, KPI systems, forecasting, and reporting
Several years of experience leading and developing sales teams
Strong familiarity with complex decision-making processes and longer sales cycles
High commercial acumen combined with experience closing large-scale B2B contracts
Excellent analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and revenue output
Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a willingness to engage operatively when required
Business-fluent in German and English
Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms

Nice to Have:

Industry background in dietary supplements, food, pharma, or contract manufacturing (CDMO)
Experience in white-label or private-label business models
Track record of building sales teams within high-growth companies

Key Conditions & Benefits

Base Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Variable Bonus: Up to €20,000 based on target achievement
Additional Incentives: Growth bonus scheme
Vacation: 31 days (including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve)
