Director of Data Program Management

A global digital native consumer brand market leader, c. $5 billion turnover, have a large data transformation challenge. To move away from a monolithic Data Lake & Cloud Based Environment, to one of cell based architecture and distributed data mesh. This will enable them to become more data driven & drive more value from Data across the entire organisation.

Wyatt Partners are working with the company’s Chief Data Officer to hire a Director of Data Program Management, around whom a team will be built, to lead on transformation projects from a Data Perspective.

These Data Transformation projects will be across areas such as:

• People & Processes
• Data Governance, Data Quality
• Data Enablement
• Democratization of Data
• Technology Selection

It’s real opportunity to create huge change within an established market leading organisation. The role reports to Chief Data Officer who reports to CEO, who is a keen sponsor of the role & the Data Transformation.

We are looking for individuals from either Consulting firms or client side, who have experience of Data as a Product environments, and strong experience of leading teams and delivering transformation projects from a Data perspective.
