About the role:

As Director Own Brands, you own the end-to-end business of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands portfolio, including our flagship brands Redcare and nu3 . You are fully accountable for the business performance and P&L, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer value across multiple European markets.

You define the strategic direction of the portfolio and orchestrate the entire value chain - from consumer insights and product innovation through product development, sourcing, quality, supply readiness, market launch, and lifecycle management.

While leading the dedicated Own Brands organization, you drive execution across a broad cross-functional network, partnering closely with Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality & Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams. Many of these functions are not part of your direct organization, making your ability to influence, align stakeholders, and lead through collaboration essential for success.
