Director, Pre-Sales Global D&I

In this role you lead a global team of Pre-Sales Solution Architects focused on Defence & Intelligence. You translate geospatial data and EO capabilities into mission-ready solutions for national security organizations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Space Systems, Product Engineering, and partners to win large government contracts and shape the product roadmap. This is a high-visibility, strategic role with global impact and a remote-first setup in the UK or Germany. Your work helps transform defense decision-making through trusted technical guidance and integrated data architectures.

• Lead and grow a global team of D&I Pre-Sales Solution Architects
• Support D&I sales and partner ecosystems to win defense programs
• Design solutions using remote sensing, imagery analytics, and complex data architectures for ISR workflows
• Lead technical engagements, workshops, pilots, and demos for defense customers
• Coordinate with Global Professional Services, Program Management and Customer Success to ensure flawless delivery
• Provide security and intelligence use cases to inform Product and Marketing roadmaps
• Contribute to Global Pre-Sales & Services leadership strategy and execution

• 8+ years in Defence & Intelligence environments
• 6+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in technical sales or solution architecture
• Active Security Clearance or eligible for suitable clearance
• Experience navigating government sales cycles, RFP/RFI processes and defense contracting
• Fluency in geospatial system architectures, cloud security deployments, APIs, and data pipelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of building high-trust teams
• Ability to engage senior defense executives and procurement authorities and translate technical complexity into strategic value
