Director Product Management Wheeled Goods (m/f/d)

In this role you drive the product strategy and portfolio for wheeled goods, aligning with CYBEX’s growth and commercial goals. You’ll own lifecycle planning, prioritization, and market performance for strollers, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations. You will shape consumer insights, lead cross-functional efforts, and steer marketing campaigns to activate sales. • Support new product strategy and portfolio development aligned with company objectives
• Lead lifecycle, roadmap planning and prioritization for stroller portfolio
• Monitor portfolio commercial performance and implement actions
• Develop consumer segmentation and identify needs for the category
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities
• Act as stroller category owner; coordinate Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Operations
• Train and guide Marketing, Sales, and Global Training on category direction
• Present product concepts and stories to internal and external clients
• Identify directions/opportunities and marketing strategies to support sales activation
• Steer Marketing campaigns for defined consumer groups
• Oversee and ensure efficient execution of Product Management department activities

• Degree in industrial/product design or comparable field
• Proven track record introducing or developing innovative products in technical durable goods (B2C)
• Substantial product management experience with leadership
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience in continuous improvement of internal structures and processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
