Director, Project Management – Clinical Trials, Oncology

Responsibilities

• Oversee both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
• Provide line management and individual team member development
• Responsible for the success of clinical trials and programs across several accounts
• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers
• Provide leadership as the 'go to person' for issue resolution
• Help obtain new business and deliverables on time and on budget

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years clinical research experience preferred
• At least 10 years Project Management experience focusing on leading domestic and international oncology studies across phases
• Proven record of team building and leadership skills
• Strong client interaction, conflict resolution, and risk management skills
• Strong financial knowledge
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health related field (advanced degree preferred)
